Experience you can see
Two projects, two sides of my work: a festival with 1,500+ guests and a portrait series for a whole team. For every offer you'll find the proof here – and an info sheet to take away.
Saunasplash: from Mauerpark straight to the festival
It all started on a Wednesday at 10 pm outside Mauerpark. I was sitting at my folding table offering live portraits – and drew a man who turned out to be the organiser of Saunasplash. Two days later, on Friday, the spontaneous invitation came: come by and draw at our festival.
So on Friday I was there with my stand and drew the whole event from Friday to Sunday. On Sunday I tried the saunas myself – and that changed something: I calmed down, let myself sink into the atmosphere and started painting with watercolour. The portraits were voluntary – free of charge or for donations – and the festival supported me in return.
And it was exactly those relaxed watercolour portraits that the guests liked most. Since then I know: I adapt to the event – from a quick fineliner line in the bustle to a calm watercolour.

Staff portraits as an advanced-art-class project
For my advanced art class at secondary school I portrayed the staff of the Berlin restaurant Spaghetteria – in ink and blue watercolour, all in the same style. Afterwards the framed portraits hung in the restaurant as an exhibition. The Berlin Spaghetteria on Kollwitzstraße closed in 2024 – the team I drew now works in Amsterdam.
That's exactly how staff portraits work for companies: a consistent series for the team page, the office wall or as a personal farewell gift.
